Carl  & Tracey Ledford carl@igniteFLINT.com	Background:  I have been the Worship Leader at Ignite Flint since 2005, and in that time I have experienced His power, love and grace more than I ever had before. I’ve been in the music ministry for about 25 years, traveling and singing in many states and at all different types of churches.  I have performed for as many as 15,000 people in one concert and I’ve shared the stage with other professional performers such as Selah, Scott Krippayne, and 4Him. Even though I believe the Lord was with me during those times, those experiences pale in comparison to my ministry at Ignite Flint! I am so blessed to be a part of such a powerful move of God's love and grace that has seen so many miracles, healings, and changed lives. During this time the presence and power of God in my life has been stronger than ever before. We are also blessed to have a group of talented singers on the worship team that love God and love to praise Him for His goodness and His love for us!  Ignite Flint is also very blessed to have a talented and devoted core Praise Band, made up of guys that strive for excellence for their Lord. They are Brian Brokaw (guitar and keys), Scott Brokaw (drums), Randy Healy and Rich Thibodeau (bass guitar), Tennison Barry (drums and congas), and Barry Meganck (guitar). The vision and focus of the Ignite Flint Worship Team is to usher in an atmosphere of high praise and deep worship that allows for an open Heaven, where the Glory of God is then revealed. Within that Glory, many experience healing, salvation, restoration, deliverance, and intimacy with the Father!
